Sage ("Sage," "we," "us," or "our") is a personal health application operated by AImpact Nexus LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sage app and website at sage.aimpactnexus.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sage is a personal health tracking and insight tool. It helps you collect your own health information in one place — data from wearable devices (such as an Oura ring or a Google/Pixel watch), blood and lab results you enter yourself, and your nutrition and workout logs — and shows you trends and patterns across that data over time.
Sage does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical care. The information, trends, and insights Sage surfaces are for your own awareness and to help you have better conversations with a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in Sage. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You own the health data you put into Sage. When you connect a third-party service such as Oura or Google, you authorize Sage to retrieve the data you approve so it can be shown back to you inside the app. Your use of those third-party services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect a connected service or delete your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the Service's operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law. You may only enter health data that belongs to you or that you are authorized to enter.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Wearable and lab data can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and the trends Sage shows are only as good as the data it receives. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight is accurate or reliable for any purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AImpact Nexus LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — the Service or the information it presents. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
